Who are we?

Background

I am a former management consultant, having worked for two of the Big4 management consultancies, and I have also held senior roles in the industry, allowing me to experience life on both sides of the table.

I bring decades of experience and expertise in strategic and operational consultancy and can select and blend the right tools, techniques and approaches for any situation. 

I am a lateral thinker and creative problem solver that can specialise in any area of business to help an organisation work more efficiently, and/or grow. 

Experience

I have delivered measurable results for clients on anything from small targeted improvement activities to designing large-scale multi-million programmes of work for growth and/or turnaround. 

My cross-sector experience allows me to bring new ideas and concepts to my clients so that I can add value to all types of businesses - start-ups, challenger brands, and large organisations.

Style

I bring energy and a personable style balanced with impartial, straightforward, authentic communication and advice. I firmly believe that a relationship that is built on honesty and trust is key. 

I provide practical recommendations and set realistic expectations; I will not make promises I can’t keep, I will not “sell on” unnecessary work, and I will always strive to find a solution that will help. 

Adaptable

I am enthusiastic and empathetic and I can easily adapt to different workplace cultures. I genuinely want to do the right thing for my clients and be a true strategic partner that can motivate and inspire an organisation so that they can move faster in the right direction.
